William (Bill) Ennis taught Physics and AP Physics at East High School for twenty-eight years. He retired from the school district in 2008 but returned for one final year in 2009. Since then, he and his lovely wife, Conni, have been cruising aboard their sailboat, Wings. They sailed aboard Wings from their home port of Seward, Alaska to San Carlos, Mexico, and in Spring of 2013, they sailed their sailboat from Cabo San Lucas, Mexico to French Polynesia in the South Pacific. That crossing required being out of sight of land for 23.5 days. You may follow their adventures on their website, http://svwings.com
